Return Policy

FREE Return within the UK! We are responsible and reputed seller and strive to provide best services. We completely understand that sometimes customers shop online and find the item not matching their expectations when they receive it. So we are happy to offer free return for exchange or for refund under our return policy for our UK customers. Overseas customers will have to arrange and pay for return by themselves as we do not have international return services.

Conditions: 

Return request MUST be made in 14 days of receipt and return it within 28 days. We cannot accept return without request and will not be able to compensate for the return postage if the return label is not obtained from us. Please also NOTE that return request made after 14 days will be rejected. Return sent back after 28 days of receipt will be returned to the buyer who will also be charged for all extra shipping costs.

For hygienic reasons, buyer has to make sure that the item is UNUSED and in its original conditions which includes (but not limited to):

  • Original tag attached as it comes. Removal of tag will be considered as giving up right to return
  • All accessories included
  • No smell of perfume, food, smoke or anything else similar
  • Not being washed, ironed, restyled or any other conditions opposing to 'unused'

Otherwise we may post it back and refuse the refund.

Return process:

  1. Contact our customer service team with the return request and explain the reason of returning via contact us form.
  2. Wait for the confirmation and return information from us.
  3. Post the item to the return address and wait.
  4. Get your refund or exchange. Simple and no hassle.
