We are responsible and reputed seller and strive to provide best services. We completely understand that sometimes customers shop on-line and find out that the item is unsuitable when they receive it. So we are happy to accept return for exchange or for refund under our return policy and the Distance Selling Regulations.
Return request MUST be made in 14 days of receipt via email or contact form and then return it within 28 days of receipt. No request, no return. The postage is refundable only if the item comes faulty. The buyers are responsible for postage for returning.
For hygienic and commercial reasons, buyer has to make sure that the item is UNUSED and in its original conditions which includes (but not limited to):
- Original conditions of the product
- Original tag attached as it comes
- All accessories included
- No smell of perfume, food, smoke or anything else similar
Otherwise we may post it back and refuse the refund.

- Wait for the confirmation and return information from us.
- Post the item to the return address and wait.
- Get your refund or exchange. Simple and no hassle.
